Question Deadline 11/18/2025 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by City in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by City as having received Bidding Documents. City may not answer questions received less than 7 Calendar Days prior to the date for opening Bids. The project generally comprises of the relocation of an existing restroom building at Hoover Park to the nearby Spinas Park, with demolition of the existing restroom building at Spinas Park. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing restroom building, concrete, and utilities. Contractor shall complete proposed earthwork and grading operations, the installation of relocated building from Hoover Park, new foundation, utilities, concrete work, and furnishings. Restroom relocation work is to be completed in conjunction with a larger renovation project at Hoover Park. Contract Documents fully describe the Work. Work shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to construct a new restroom building at Spinas Park, located at 3003 Bay Rd, Redwood City, CA. Work consists of, but is not limited to, demolition, grading, building construction, minor site and utility work, paving, landscaping, and other tasks as designated in the plans and specifications. Bidders are instructed to review the invitation to bid, attend the pre-bid meeting if required, complete and submit all forms, acknowledge receipt of any addenda, and comply with all requirements set forth in the contract documents.
