Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Installation of a Back-up Generator, (Generator Furnished by the Township), Installation of One Electrical Transfer Switch, (Transfer Switch Furnished by the Township), and Natural Gas Piping Upgrades, Along With an Alternate Bid to Install Two Additional Transfer Switches, (the Two Additional Transfer Switches Are Also Furnished by the Township), for the Upper Yoder Township Municipal Building. Bids Will Be Publicly Opened, and Action May Be Taken at the Reorganization / Regular Meeting of the Upper Yoder Township's Supervisors Scheduled for 7:00pm, January 6, 2026 The Township Reserves the Right to Hold All Bids for Sixty (60) Days After Their Opening and to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids During Said Sixty (60) Day Period and During Said Period; No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid. The Township Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Technicalities.
