**As of December 01, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 01, 2025.** The work consists of 3rd Floor Suite Tenant Improvements at 900 E. Washington Ave. Bids must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. All prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk for the project in order to investigate and acquaint themselves with conditions relating to the job and restrictions for executing the work. Bids must be submitted on the Districts bid form and must include bid security, a list of proposed subcontractors, a non-collusion declaration, and other forms furnished with the contract documents. Bidders must possess a current Class B - General Contractor License and provide verification of all necessary permits, certificates, and licenses throughout the term of the contract. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to facilities@cjusd.net Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the District in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda and emailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties that attended the mandatory Job Walk by Monday, November 17, 2025, before 5PM. Questions received after the job walk may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
