The Works consists of, but not limited, to removing all existing asphalt shingles, ridge caps, underlayment, rain gutters, gravel roofing and drip edge metal, as well as fascia and decking material per plan and as needed. Contractor will install a new complete 20 year asphalt shingle or gravel roof system. The project shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the start date established in the Notice to Proceed . Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license(s) throughout the duration of the Contract: Bidders shall possess the following California Contractor's license in order to perform the Work of this Project: Class "B" or "C39" or a letter from Contractor's Licensing Board outlining the combination of various licenses necessary to perform all the work at the time the bid is submitted to the City.
