Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Trustees, Laramie County School District Number One,Cheyenne, Wyoming, herein after referred to as "Owner", will receive sealed bid proposals for Fire Alarm Replacements - Transportation. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statues16-6-102 and 16-6-103 the contract will be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident's bidis not more than five percent (5%)higher than that of the lowest responsible non-resident bidder. The Owner reserves the right towaive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid,reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept anybid deemed in the best interestof Laramie County School DistrictNumber One.
