Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes installation of 640 linear feet of new 10-foot wide concrete sidewalk, removal of curb, gutter and sidewalk, installation of curb and gutter with asphalt patch, replacement of asphalt drive approach, and installation of crushed base at alley. It also involves installation of drainage appurtenances and relocation of signage and Greenway fence. Contractors are instructed not to do any work or store any material within the Interior Heights Addition Blocks 32 & 33 as described on the plans. The project will be within the public right of way in accordance with City of Cheyenne Construction Standards.
