As of January 22, 2026, project was awarded to GW Mechanical, Inc. but award amount is not available. Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for a the replacement of the existing domestic water heaters at both the Foundation and East Residence Halls (FDN & RHE). Units are replaced with equal capacities. System pumps and controllers remain. A new BAS signal for hot water temp to be added at East Hall; and a new BAS node shall be added at Foundation. All bidders must prequalify before they can respond to this bid.
