Question Deadline 11/24/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No , Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Joseph Jenkins, P.E., at jjenkins@cityofwarren.org General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 0.01 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check as security for acceptance of the Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the required bonds, public liability and property damage insurance, and Workmen's Compensation Insurance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The City also reserves the right to select multiple bids to fulfill the requirements of this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days.
