Renovation of a residential development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 16,260-square-foot residential development.

The goal of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select a qualified development proposal for the redevelopment of the Site. Preference will be given to Respondents who propose developing the Site for mixed use, with commercial use on the first floor and residential units on the second and third floors. The Site is centrally located in Homewood's business district along the east side of North Homewood Avenue between Kelly Street and Fleury Way. As shown below, the Site contains a total land area of 16,260 square feet, or 0.37 acres.
