Description

The District is seeking a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of the Williams Monaco Phase 1A treatment system upgrades. The CMAR team must begin involvement immediately in the current design phase and collaborate with the District and Carollo to fulfill the project's scope, meet the schedule, and stay within budget. The goal is to deliver high-quality facility improvements efficiently and cost-effectively.
