Site work for a water / sewer project in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the Sapulpa WTP Superpulsator Clarifier #1 and #2, specifically for the removal and replacement of selected components. Bidders are required to furnish all tools, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work. Project duration is 49 calendar days with liquidated damages set at $1,500 per calendar day. Instructions to bidders include a mandatory pre-bid and site visit. Bidders must comply with non-discrimination employment laws and submit a certified or cashier’s check or a bidder’s surety bond for 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide public liability and workmen's compensation insurance, as well as performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds each for 100% of the contract price. Bids must be sealed and are not subject to withdrawal for sixty days after the bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to select the lowest and best bid.
