Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mayville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bids are requested for the removal and replacement of 21 windows located in the Community Building at 1 South Erie Street, Mayville, NY. Proposals must be clearly marked "Window Replacement Project" and received in the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Mayville, PO Box 188, Mayville, NY 14757. A non-collusive bidding certificate must accompany all bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the Village. Specifications are available upon request in person from the Village Office or by email. Questions regarding the project can be sent to the DPW Superintendent.
