Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyrone, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bid Question Summary Only questions submitted before close of business on 1/8/2026 will be answered. Removal of existing asphalt and existing concrete sidewalks and gutters in pipeline and service line paths. All removed materials will be replaced to match existing, Installation of new 12-in C900 PVC water pipeline with all the valves and fittings, Installation of new 6-in C900 PVC water pipeline with all the valves and fittings. Removal and replacement of existing fire hydrants. Clean, disinfect, and pressure test new water pipelines. Installation of a new altitude and pressure relief valve vault at the water tower and connect to waterline coming from Silver City and connect to water tower. Reconnect existing service lines. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Tyrone Water System Improvements. The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. Instructions to Bidders.
