The project will renovate the Compounding Pharmacy on the 6th Floor of Building 41. The project will demo and renovate the entire existing compounding space with a phased approach. The existing compounding room (6A-143A) will be operational at the start of the project and then will transition to a separate nearby location (6A-149A/B) when that space is prepared with appropriate ventilation. The temporary compounding room (6A-149A/B) will be operational in its new location during construction. This project will also install an enclosed, climate-controlled Air Handler Unit on the rooftop of building 41, demo and rework existing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as provide some renovations for the compounding space in the main Pharmacy on the 1st floor of Building 41.
