Provide Aircrew Facility Support services at Building 917, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The requirement includes aircrew billeting and housekeeping services, with billeting services limited to roles identified in Section 3.1 of the PWS and the majority of the workload being housekeeping services outlined in Section 3.2 of the PWS. On-call hours (CLIN 0003) are only billable for work performed outside normal hours at the request of authorized government personnel. Personnel on-call but not requested to perform work are not billable. A staffed front desk is not necessary or expected. Quotes must clearly demonstrate capability to provide Aircrew Facility Billeting Services and Housekeeping Services, as outlined in the PWS. The Schedule of Services is detailed in Annex 1 - Quote Sheet. Quotes must include a technical plan (not exceeding 5-6 pages) covering billeting and housekeeping services, a unit and total price for each CLIN, and a Mission Essential Plan per DFARS 252.237-7024. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the designated Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, adhering to the specified electronic format and content requirements. Submissions not following format and content requirements may be considered non-compliant.
