Hearthstone Lodge: 7305 Lanier Drive, Cumming , GA 30041 (parcel ID 274 010) Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions are to be asked via EUNA under Opportunity Q&A No questions are to be asked outside of EUNA The work consists of providing the equipment, supervision, and all other services required for the complete demolition and abatement of the structure and site features identified within the requirements. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The Contractor shall submit applicable Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) Project Notification Forms immediately upon receipt of the Notice of Award. Work shall begin as soon as possible following issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and commencement of all applicable EPD notification periods - whichever occurs later. All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the later of (i) the NTP issuance or (ii) the end of any applicable EPD notification period, unless modified in writing by the County via a change order. The Contractor shall provide all required permits, fees, and any supporting documents required to obtain permits and inspections upon completion of the work as applicable. Asbestos Assessment Report is attached as Exhibit 1 in EUNA Public Files. Requirements: 1. Demolish existing building structures to include slabs. 2. Properly Abate all Asbestos Containing Materials as required by EPD. 3. Demolish pool and backfill, compact with stone and soil. 4. Demolish and remove all associated pool equipment. 5. Demolish and close existing well. 6. Remove all remaining debris in the pool area and anything on the exterior of the facility. All items left behind to be disposed of by the Contractor. 7. Stabilize soil and site as needed and compact and straw. 8. Parking Lot and asphalt to remain. 9. Existing septic system to remain. 10. See additional General Conditions. 11.
