Sealed bids in duplicate are requested by the Corning-Painted Post Area School District for the construction of alterations to the Bus Garage, Administrative Building, and Stadium. Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts: General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, all in accordance with the drawings, project manual, and other bidding and contract documents. Bids must be submitted in compliance with the requirements specified, including bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond. All bid documents are available for electronic or printed order through the designated portal. Bidders must comply with employment conditions and minimum wage requirements and provide a Certificate of Registration as part of the bid. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids, and no bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five days after opening unless an error is claimed as specified.
