The work consists of supplying 4,000 Stealth 2, or approved equal, units with 5-foot wire MIUs as specified, supplying all AMI Communication equipment, software, and providing training to City Employees as detailed, along with conducting any necessary propagation studies to determine cellular collector locations. Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders, including employment conditions and minimum wage rates as required under Section 220-I of NYS Labor Law, and provide a Certificate of Registration with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any and all bids at their discretion. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the bid opening unless an error is claimed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are referenced in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
