Sealed bids are requested for a single prime contract covering General Trades Work for the Centerway Parking Garage Painting. The project consists of painting the existing parking garage structure, including but not limited to: structural steel cleaning and painting, and minor concrete patching associated with painting work. Bids must comply with the requirements detailed in the provided Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond as bid security, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the instructions. The owner may waive informalities in bids but is not required to do so, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with Section 220-I of NYS Labor Law, and provide a Certificate of Registration as part of the bid.
