Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Corning, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes demolition and reconstruction of Parking Lot #1 at Denison Parkway and Chestnut Street, including pavement, grading, curb revisions, lighting, and site improvements. Bids are for a single prime contract (unit price). A 5% bid security is required. Bid documents are available for a fee. RFIs are due by the specified date. The City reserves the right to reject any bids. M/WBE firms are encouraged to apply. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFIs will be accepted at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Ron Rink via email: RRink@CPLteam.com. The project consists of demolishing the existing parking lot, located at the southeast corner of Denison Parkway, and Chestnut Street (Parking Lot #1), along with removal of site lighting and site appurtenances. A new parking lot will be constructed with new pavement, curb cut revisions, revised grading, site lighting and site amenities.
