Reference Number 0000403332 Question Deadline 11/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Duration: 1-3 years The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit professional firms for detailed proposals to supply the expected services. The selected Contractor will provide pavement restoration services as directed by WRC. The expected work will include, but may not be limited to, concrete road or other existing concrete surface placement, asphalt road or other existing asphalt surface paving, concrete curb and gutter placement, additional saw cutting, removal and disposal of additional material, removal and disposal of temporary pavement, frame and cover adjustment of existing structures within restoration area, HMA milling, density testing, materials testing, mix design submittal to jurisdictional authority if required and greenbelt landscape restoration. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and other incidentals to perform work unless specifically noted. Work will be done in accordance with the roadway jurisdictional authority's standards and requirements e.g. Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Road Commission for Oakland County standards (RCOC), City of Pontiac, and other local community standards.
