The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Services for Membrane Replacement and Optimization at the SJRA Ground Water Reduction Plan (GRP) Surface Water Treatment Plant (SWTP). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ 25-0052) solicits information to enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide professional services for the interpretation of membrane autopsies, demonstration testing, refinement of cleaning recipes, vendor negotiation, and coordination with regulatory agencies and any sub-consultants to establish a smooth transition to the new membrane modules and improved system performance. Proposals and pricing shall be loaded in the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System (Ionwave). Emailed Proposals are not accepted. All questions/inquiries shall be entered into the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System (Ionwave).
