Demolitions - Various Properties The City of Kinston reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the purchase order(s) deemed in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to award any one item or a combination thereof. If the City of Kinston removes a property from this bid request after a Purchase Order has been issued but before work has commenced on that property, the award amount for that property will be subtracted from the total of the Purchase Order, except that for properties bid as a group, if one property is removed from that group, the award amount for the remaining properties in that group will be based on the individual bid amounts for those properties. The City of Kinston reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in any bid if it is determined that such was the result of inadvertence or clerical error.
