Site work for a water / sewer project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

This contract generally consists of removing and replacing existing wastewater sewer mains and manholes in the Wapato residential neighborhood. The work will be located primarily in the alley between S 72nd and S 73rd St from S Park Ave to S J St and on public easements on private property that will have narrow site access constraints. Portions of the work on easements will involve excavation through private landscaped areas where there is existing vegetation, fencing, and mature trees. Restoration work will generally include gravel alley grading, asphalt alley approaches and pavement patching, minimal concrete cement driveway construction, and landscape restoration. Estimated value is $1,250,000, plus applicable taxes. Bidders must comply with requirements for paid sick leave, ADA, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
