Reference Number 0000404825 JCSS requests proposals for the equipment listed below or an equivalent alternative. This will be a one for one replacement for all current wireless access points. The winning vendor will uninstall the current access points and install the new access points. Access points that are removed will be collected and transported to the Technology office by the installer. Installation must be performed when students are not present. Provide a detailed project plan including lead time for hardware, timeline for installation, and staff to be assigned to the project. Provide documentation for prior similar jobs, jobs with K-12 entities, and any jobs for Jones County Schools. Your pricing will be by location and will be separated by E-Rate eligible and ineligible locations. Jones County School System's fiscal year is from July 1st through June 30th. JCSS shall possess 1 one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of Jones County School System. The maximum number of renewals will be five (5). Renewal will be accomplished through the issuance of a Notice of Award Amendment. In the event that the contract(s), if any, resulting from the award of this eRFP shall terminate or be likely to terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified products and/or services, JCSS may, with the written consent of the awarded supplier(s), extend the contract(s) for such period of time as may be necessary to permit JCSS's continued supply of the identified products and/or services.
