The purpose of this project is to design, supply, install, integrate, and commission a complete upgrade to the Council Chamber and Conference Room audio-visual (A/V) system, providing a modern, reliable, and accessible hybrid meeting environment that ensures clear communication and engagement for Council, staff, and the public, both in person and online.
