Addition to a fire / police facility in Parker, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for the addition to Yakima County Fire District #5 Fire Station 5 at 360 Columbia Street, Parker, Washington. Bids must be labeled "BID FOR YCFD#5 STATION 5 ADDITION, PARKER" and delivered in person to the Fire District Headquarters at 717 First Avenue, Zillah, Washington. No mail-in or emailed bids will be considered. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid site walk through at Fire Station #5. Plans, Specifications, and Addenda will be available for review at specified plan centers and through the ZBA Plan Room website. All work is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates in Yakima County for Public Works Contracts and TERO requirements as imposed by the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation. Proposals must be submitted with a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond not less than five percent of the bid amount. Yakima County Fire District No. 5 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities.
