The City of Edmonds, Washington, is soliciting a statement of qualification (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing design services for the Phase 14 & Phase 15 Sanitary Sewer Replacement and Rehabilitation Project. Construction for Phase 14 is scheduled to begin in spring of 2027 and for Phase 15 in 2028. Bidders are instructed to submit one electronic copy of their SOQ by e-mail, scanned in pdf format, not exceeding 10 MB, and limited to single-spaced, typewritten pages (minimum 12 point font), with a maximum of 20 pages (including resumes), and bound in a single volume.
