Description

Site work for a civil project in Edmonds, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed consists of providing services to the Public Works Engineering and Operations divisions in updating the City’s Sewer Comprehensive Plan. The update will focus on the following elements of the City’s Sanitary Sewer System and Waste Water Treatment Plant: a sewer system analysis, capital facility plan, financial program, and operations and maintenance program. The comprehensive plan will conform to applicable sections of Chapter 173-240 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and the Washington State Department of Ecology "Criteria for Sewage Works Design." The 2025 Sewer Model Update information shall be incorporated.
