Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Edmonds, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Stage 3 Highway 99 project limits are from 244th St SW to ~400 feet north of 238th St. SW. The project will provide new sidewalk, landscaped planter strips, street lighting, separated bike lanes, ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps and utility improvements (including undergrounding of overhead utility lines). The project will also widen the intersection of Highway 99 and 238th St. SW to provide a second northbound left turn lane widen 238th St. from Highway 99 to 84th Ave. As of October 20, 2025, this project is included in the City of Edmonds Fiscal Year 2025 - 2030 Capital Improvement Plan. Funding is allotted for FY 2025-2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
