Construction of the 2025 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project and the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for this project. The project covered by these specifications and bid documents involves six schedules (A - Sewer, B - Sewer, C - Sewer, D - Sewer, E - Sewer Bid Alternate, and F - Stormwater) in the construction of the City of Edmonds Phase 12 Sewer and Phase 5 Stormwater Replacement and Rehabilitation Project. This project consists of: Phase 12 Sewer (Schedules A-E) Installation of approximately 180 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) structural liner, 3800 LF of 8-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, and 280 LF of 21-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection, Phase 5 Stormwater (Schedule Fl Installation of approximately 910 LF of 24-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with preconstruction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent of the total amount of bid, including sales tax if applicable, must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give a performance and payment bond as required. The check will be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract in conformity with the contract documents if it is awarded to him and shall provide a performance and payment bond as specified therein within ten calendar days after notification of the award of contract to the bidder. The City of Edmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty calendar days. The City of Edmonds, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 Ù.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fa ir opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds ofrace, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
