Substantial Completion shall be the date (as determined by Owner and Architect) when the Work is sufficiently complete for the Owner to use it for its intended purpose, and as otherwise required by the Contract Documents. F. All Work after the date indicated for Substantial Completion shall be performed after Owner’s normal business hours, at the convenience of the Owner, and at no additional cost to Owner.
