The Olympic View Drive Pavement Preservation Project Is in the City of Edmonds on Olympic View Drive Between Grandview St and Talbot Rd, Approximately 1.2 Miles. The Project Includes Pavement Grinding and Over-Lay, Pavement Repairs, Chan-Nelization, and All Other Asso-Ciated Work. A Certified Check, Cashier S Check or Bid Bond in the Amount Equal to at Least Five Percent of the Total Amount of Bed, Includ ING Sales Tax If Applicable, Must Accompany Each Bid as Evidence of Good Faith and as a Guaran-Tee That If Awarded the Contract, the Bidder Will Execute the Con-Tract and Give Payment and Per-Formance Bonds as Required. The Check Will Be Given as a Guarantee That the Bidder Shall Execute the Contract in Conformity With the Contract Documents If It Is Award-Ed to Him and Shall Provide Pay-Ment and Performance Bonds as Specified Therein Within Ton Calen-Dar Days After Notification of the Award of Contract to the Bidder. The City of Edmonds Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Irregularities or Informalities in the Bid or in the Bidding. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bad After the Hour Set for the Opening Thereof or Before Award of Contract, Unless Said Award Is Delayed for a Period Exceeding Sixty Calendar Days.
