The project includes but is not limited to: BHTC - conversion of a 72-bed staff secure re-entry building (currently used only for probation administration) to a Health and Human Services facility that includes a mental health resource center, sobering, detox, and other residential programs. The current project consists of a main building (V-A construction) and four dormitories (V-B construction). 555 Gateway - tenant improvements to the existing 2-story building for use by Probation Child Support Services. While the majority of tenant improvements will be done under a separate contract (including conduit, j-boxes, and frame prep for electric strikes) the scope of this project includes systems furniture and other furniture procurement and installation and associated work. The projects also include security and door access scope. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details. Bids are required for the entire work called for by the Plans and Specifications, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date bids are opened. Bidders are responsible for monitoring issued addendums which may be released up to 72 hours prior to bid opening.
