Site work and paving for a civil project in Belmont, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of pulverizing and relaying, base and pavement, culvert pipes, miscellaneous work, erosion control, permanent signing, and all items necessary to complete the project. All Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the type and amount of work included in the contract or demonstrate qualifications to perform the work. Bidders which are not prequalified with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation are required to complete and submit Attachment B - Statement of Qualifications for General Construction and Corporate Experience Record, with the Bid package (included in the Bid Form Section). In addition, the Bidder must be prepared to submit within 5 days of OWNER's request, additional written evidence, such as financial data, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for by OWNER. Bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of Bidder's qualifications to do business in the State of Wisconsin or covenant to obtain such qualifications prior to the award of the contract. Bidder shall have at least 3 years of continuous experience in roadway construction.
