Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Stabilize and reestablish the riverbank, roadway prism, and bridge approach located at milepost 2.75 on Logan Road in Astoria, Oregon. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as described. Sealed bids will be received by the County Engineer at 1100 Olney Ave., Astoria, OR until the specified time, when they will be opened and publicly read. Any bid received after the time specified will not be considered. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. A bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid is required. Project is for Public Works and subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The County reserves the right to waive minor informalities and reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so.
