Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of Astoria is seeking proposals from qualified firms with experience in Construction Management General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the rehabilitation of three sewage lift stations utilizing screw pump technology. The project includes the purchase and replacement of six screw pumps, replacement of six sluice gates, concrete repairs, and rehabilitation of miscellaneous metals in three lift stations. The objective is to rehabilitate each of the three lift stations to provide an additional 50 years of service. Interested parties must submit their proposal in accordance with specified requirements. Standard selection criteria include project understanding and approach, CM/GC profile and experience, and preliminary pricing information. Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. All firms intending to submit a proposal must register as prospective proposers with the Public Works Department.
