Clatsop County is conducting an Invitation to Bid to replace existing 36" culverts with a 25' bottomless arch at milepost 10.5 on Youngs River Road in Astoria, Oregon. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as described. Sealed bids are required. Any bid received after the specified time will not be considered. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. A bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid is required. Project is for Public Works subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
