Renovation of a detention facility in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
1. The contractor shall obtain all required permits and associated required inspections. 2. Tear off the existing roof, disposal to the roof deck, disposal included. 3. Install 1 layer of fully adhered 1" rigid panel poly-iso, and one layer of fully adhered 2" rigid panel poly-iso for a R-17 R value (3"THK). 4. Install fully adhered poly-iso tapered system for a 1/4 " slope. 5. Install fully adhered 60 Mil Elevate Ultra Ply TPO membrane (or comparable). 6. Extend and adhere the TPO membrane up the wall for proper perimeter detail. 7. Install minimum 24 Ga. galvanized cap flashing on the parapet wall. Approximately 370 linear ft. 8. Install TPO pipe boots at all penetrations. BUILDING & GROUNDS 9. Flash roof-top curbs with adhered TPO membrane. 10. Replace all roof drains and install equal roof drains. 11. Remove all debris from the site. 12. Provide applicable installation warranty, in addition to product warranties including a minimum of 135 MPH wind coverage. Please direct all questions no later than June 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Clatsop County will be the sole judge in determining award of the contract and reserves the right to reject all proposals. The bidder acknowledges that the Work must be completed prior to October 31, 2025
