Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Astoria, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 2, 2025, project has been temporarily suspended until future notice. The Knappa School District (District) requests bids for the capital construction project located at 41535 Old Highway 30, Astoria, OR 97103. The work under this contract includes but is not limited to removing old asphalt from the parking lot and concrete driveway, grade and prep for new asphalt, pouring new asphalt, and restriping the parking lot. The project consists of the following key elements: . Removal and hauling of old asphalt in the designated areas, grading and prep work for new asphalt, restriping of ADA parking and regular parking spots. .
