Renovation of a mixed-use development in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and stadium.
Clatsop County Fair & Expo is seeking bids for rehabilitation of the Exhibit Hall roof at the Clatsop County Fairgrounds, 92937 Walluski Loop, Astoria, OR. Work includes flute fill, coverboard, and membrane liner installation on the existing metal roof. Bid alternates include limited patching of the Indoor Arena roof and wall repairs. SCOPE OF WORK A. Refer to the Certa drawings and technical specifications for an in-depth description of the requirements of the project. 1. Overlay of the in-service metal roof system above the concession stands, kitchen and event room structure with a new single-ply thermoplastic (KEE) membrane system. 2. Restoration of the in-service metal roof system above the arena with a new liquidapplied restoration coating and fully-reinforced joints. 3. Targeted repairs to the exterior wall assembly. Deadline for requests for interpretations: May 15, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
