Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) solicits and invites the submission of proposals by companies with demonstrated skills and experience in tidal habitat restoration projects. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control, culvert removal, bridge construction, wetland and upland grading, installation of wood habitat structures, and native wetland seeding. Interested bidders must be registered and in good standing with the federal System of Award Management (SAM).
