This request is for the submission of hourly rates for on-call services for Public Works building and grounds maintenance as required by the County for a three-year period, from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2028. Contractor may be called for various small tasks. The County may select one or more contractors to establish a pool for these services. Contractors are eligible to submit quotes or bids for other individually solicited projects. On-call services may include, but are not limited to, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, locksmith, and HVAC. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days from approval of project and receipt of invoice.
