Date Questions about this Prequalification Due: 11/21/2025, 2:00 PM UCSF is initiating a site security infrastructure upgrade at its owned facility & property located at 75 Crisp Road, which sits within the US Navy Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The proposed project includes the replacement of the existing perimeter chain-link fence with a more robust security fence and integral gates, installation of exterior security cameras, installation of added or upgrade to perimeter gates access controls, installation of added site lighting, and integration with the Main Building infrastructure, e.g. Electrical Room, Lockshop access control systems and IT network systems. These enhancements will provide comprehensive integrated security improvements tailored to address the facility's operational needs. See Attachment A - Project Scoping Drawing. No change of use or room layout. Final approved and issued Permit drawings will be provided by the Awarded Design Build Contractor. Working Drawings (CDs/Permit Set) will be included in the Awarded Design Build Contractor's scope of work. HCAI is not required for this project. Project Timeline: The construction start date is anticipated in July 2026, and substantial completion is expected by January 2027. The University will look to the Design Build Contractor expedited schedule options.
