As-needed construction services are required to perform photometric testing of runway lights, as well as perform repairs and construction for runway lighting, taxiway lighting, and associated airfield electrical infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The contract duration is five years, and the estimated cost of construction is $4,300,000 - $4,700,000. Bidders must have a California Class "C-10" license at the time of bid. A 20% Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement applies to the contract sum. Bidders are directed to submit bids through the Airport's e-Procurement portal with all required documents uploaded in PDF format. Full details for preparation of bids are set forth in Document 00 21 13 (Instructions to Bidders). Original Bid Forms and Bid security must be transmitted by U.S. Mail in a sealed envelope. Participation in a virtual pre-bid meeting is recommended but not mandatory. The virtual bid opening will be conducted using Microsoft Teams.
