This proposal is for the purchase and erection of one pre-fabricated metal building, 50 feet wide by 100 feet long by 12 feet tall at the outside walls, with a 1/12 pitch roof, built to current Georgia 2018 building codes. The building will be installed and erected on-site with a footing foundation only, and will have open gravel inside to allow for installation of plumbing and electrical at a later date. Qualified vendors are invited to submit competitive sealed proposal bids for both the acquisition and installation of the building. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations, including the specified exhibits and certifications, and must meet the required qualifications outlined in the proposal documentation.
