The City of East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals for companies to provide and install an LED lighting project on the exterior of a skywalk in East Lansing. To further beautify downtown East Lansing, the DDA will contract with a company to provide and install a color-changing LED lighting system on the exterior of the skywalk crossing Albert Ave, connecting the Marriott with the Charles Street Parking Garage (otherwise known as the "Skywalk"). General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % The City of East Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects in proposals, and to make the award in its own best interest.
