Meters are located in nearly every area and level of STIA, including: each Concourse, Main Terminal, Satellite, Parking Garage, and many Off-site Properties (OSP). Surety, hereinafter called Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the Port of Seattle as Obligee, hereinafter called the Port, in the penal sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid for the payment of which Contractor and Surety bind themselves, their executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
