Reference Number 0000404955 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") hereby requests proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services related to the installation of improved tree wells throughout the City of Albany. Funding for this project is though a USDA Forest Service Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) pass through grant from the NYSDEC's Urban and Community Forestry Program. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The project includes installing approximately one hundred (100) improved tree wells at the following locations: Lark Street - Clinton Ave to Washington Ave Central Avenue - Lark St to Henry Johnson Blvd Quail street - Central Ave to Clinton Ave Sherman Street - Quail St to Ontario St The total project budget is approximately $875,000.00 including all construction, engineering, administration, and a 10% construction contingency.
