The City of Columbus is requesting quotes for the 10th & Whitfield Traffic Signal Modernization project. Bidders must submit quotes electronically through Ion Wave Technologies before the closing deadline. No other forms of submission, including mail, email, fax, or hand delivery, will be accepted. All quotes must include a signed Quote Form which will serve as the contract. Bidders must also submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form and a Certificate of Liability Insurance with coverage of not less than $300,000 for any one person, and not less than $1,000,000 for any one accident. The work must be completed by March 30, 2026, and late completion will result in liquidated damages of $100 per calendar day (excluding weekends and holidays). Contractors must obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for closures of streets, traffic lanes, alleys, parking spaces, or sidewalks. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 10:00 AM ET
